BSN Admissions
Your first step in the admissions process for the BSN program is to apply to Barclay College by submitting the general admission application.
Traditional Students
Upon acceptance to Barclay College, traditional students will be enrolled as pre-nursing majors. After completion of program admission requirements and prerequisites, pre-nursing students will submit the BSN application for consideration in the program. This application will typically be submitted the spring of sophomore year.
Transfer Students
Transfer students’ first step is to apply to Barclay College. Upon acceptance and review of requirements and prerequisites, a BSN application submission will be the next step in the process.
*APPLICATION PERIOD: NOW – APRIL 1, 2024
April 1 is the priority deadline, however, additional applications will be accepted until the program is full.

Steps to Apply
Apply to Barclay College
Click on “Start Application” to begin.
Schedule a campus tour (optional)
If you are a Traditional Student who is first entering college, the following steps will be completed after you meet the General Education and Prerequisite Courses.
Review the General Education and Prerequisite Courses and prepare for the ATI TEAS test
Purchase ATI TEAS test study materials and begin studying and taking practice tests.
Schedule ATI TEAS testing
Barclay College does not offer ATI TEAS testing on campus. You can find an in-person testing site near you or register for a remote online test.
Submit a BSN application
Documents/information required for upload within the BSN Application:
- Two professional character references. You will need their names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Documentation of an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Kansas.
- Copy of your ATI TEAS Individual Performance Profile (score sheet)
- Copy of all unofficial transcripts
Transfer students only:
- Previous course syllabi
- Letter of recommendation from previous nursing program
