New Online Master degree at BC

The Barclay College School of Graduate Studies presents a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Professional Studies (MATL-PS). The MATL-PS degree is a 36 credit hour online graduate degree academically designed to develop effective twenty-first century professional leaders for the glory of God. Classes will begin the fall of 2012.

The MATL-PS equips Christian professionals to become transforming leaders in their organizations, companies and churches. Whether you work in ministry, education, health care, business, finance, government, military, church or the non-profit sector, the MATL-PS can equip you to grow in leadership, management and interpersonal skills to lead more effectively.

There is an increased demand for leaders today with exceptional leadership, vision casting, cultural awareness, spiritual and emotional intelligence, and effective communication and listening skills. The MATL-PS will focus on the human component of leadership by integrating solid leadership credentials and character development with a firm biblical foundation.
